Coaching and Mentoring
Developing people can be so much more than sending them on a training
course. Often personalised coaching can provide the best learning experiences.
If you have the right people in your organisation to provide this coaching,
then great! If not, we can help in a number of ways.
• We'll arrange for a consulting partner to come and work alongside
you, to provide on-site guidance, coaching and feedback, as well as a
helping hand
• We'll provide a consulting partner to periodically come and audit
or review your work and provide personalised feedback and suggestions
• If your needs are very specialised, we'll do the hard work tracking
down a suitably qualified expert to assist you
• We'll broker to put you in touch with an independent mentor in
a similar field but different organisation
