• Prices are valid to 1 February 2010

• Invoices are sent from Training Aspirations Limited

• Handling fees payable are $3.50 for 1-9 copies; $8.50 for 10 or more copies

• Payment is strictly within 10 working days; a late payment fee of 10% of the total cost will be charged on overdue payments; preferred method of payment is by direct credit

• All prices are quoted in $NZ dollars and exclude GST and freight

• All orders are delivered by courier within 14 working days. Courier charges vary depending on quantity and location. This cost is itemised on the invoice

• Orders that are selected as URGENT, we will try our best to fill the order within 7 working days of receipt of order, but cannot guarantee sooner than 7 working days.

• Cancellation of orders will incur a penalty charge of $25.00 plus GST per order

• Training Aspirations is not liable for costs incurred due to incorrect details being supplied at the time of ordering

• Privacy Act 1993: The information supplied on this order form will only be used by Training Aspirations for the processing of orders and generation of data reports. This information will only be kept for as long as it takes to fulfill these purposes
