Assisting with Tenders

The increase in out-sourcing and contracting has meant that tendering is increasingly becoming part of the process for bringing people and organisations together. We offer services to assist with tendering, whether you are calling for tenders yourself or hoping to become part of a consortium submitting a proposal.

Requesting Organisations - we provide assistance by:

• working with you to fully scope and refine your requirements
• developing a request for tender (RFP or RFT) to attract the most appropriate responses
• developing objective selection criteria
• project managing successful tender teams, to ensure a consistent approach where more than one group has been contracted for the same project.

Contracting Individuals and Organisations - we provide assistance by:

• Analysing the tender document to identify proposal requirements
• Linking you with others who might be able to meet any part of the tender requirement you cannot fulfil
• Completing the proposals and preparing for presentations and meetings
• Providing administrative assistance to project teams when composed of more than one organisation.
