NEW Services

The following services can be customised to meet your specific TTM needs. We will start with a discussion with you about what those needs are and how best we can meet them. We will then develop a program specific to your organisation and work with you and your team to elevate TTM performance. Elevating TTM Performance

It is vital that your team is utilising the latest risk-based approach with safe, effective and efficient practices when performing their TTM tasks.

With this package we will:

  • visit some of your sites and review your TTM practises
  • determine areas for improvement
  • present the findings to you
  • work with you to elevate TTM performance
  • this could include:
    • Revising your TTM processes
    • working with your STMSs to visit some of your sites and look for where the team can elevate performance.

Pre-employment TTM check

Have you got a potential employee that has qualification but you dont have the time to check their skill levels? Give them to us and we will assess their competence and report back to you.

With this package we will:

  • Check the persons TTM knowledge
  • Check their TTM competence (this can be at one of your TTM sites - which will lower costs)
  • Rate their overall performance
  • Provide a report showing strengths and areas of improvement

Risk Training

It is vital that your team is utilising the latest risk-based approach when performing their TTM tasks. The risk based approach is a new way of operating and your teams need to update their current knowledge and competence in this area.

With this package we will:

  • look at your risk management processes and make recommendations for improvement
  • work with key staff (planners and STMS) to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to operate the risk based approach
  • this will include a knowledge session and either visits to your TTM sites OR reviewing video of your TTM sites

TTM site audit

Do you need external confirmation that your TTM sites are managed safely and in compliance with the TMP and your company procedures? We can develop an audit programme specific to your company.

With this package we will:

  • develop an audit programme
  • complete audits as per the programme
  • provide reports showing strengths and areas of improvement
  • work with you and your teams to elevate TTM performance

TMP Design

You can utilise our experience TMP designers to develop site specific or repeatable TMPs.
